This dispenser is a beautiful piece but it is not a useful product. The spout is defective and needs to be redesigned. I ordered this in lots of 2 on two different occasions and have had the same problem of leaking from the spout on all 4 units.

The 2 Gallon Westchester Optic Round Glass Beverage Dispenser is elegant and well made. It looks gorgeous on any counter or table and is easy to clean. This is perfect for any catering event or restaurant.
A very elegant and regal looking 2 gallon optic round beverage dispenser, but it is a little overpriced. The dispenser is great for water and lemonade and upscale events.
This beverage dispenser looks very elegant and has a small foot print, which is why I ordered it, but it's function is not great. I did not notice, when I ordered it, that the spigot is positioned really high. I suppose this is so that there is clearance for a cup underneath it but a large amount of the beverage sits below the spigot when the level decreases and you either have to tip it forward to get the product out (not smart with a glass top that can fall off) or you can do what we do and fill the bottom with glass pebbles to raise the level of the liquid. Unfortunately it is a pain to clean the pebbles (and all of the product still does not get dispensed). I would not order this again.

There are many beverage dispensers to choose from, and others may be better quality. But in terms of design and elegance, this is one of the prettiest you'll find. Other than that, it's a standard dispenser.
