I Purchased this item a few weeks ago. This blade was a tight fit but we eventually made it work. We use this to mill our meat sauce, so i gets used at least every other day. After one week the metal blade began to rust. I gave it 2 stars for price but couldn't give anymore due to the rust issue.
Thank you for the review, Donna! This oxidation may be the result of strong acids. After use, we recommend washing and drying thoroughly to remove any acid that could cause your mill to deteriorate.
I have a nice food mill and I lost the blade,but I found the same blade and fits and works perfect saved myself a lot of money thank you
