The Taylor 5980N 2" dial professional hot holding thermometer is designed for seamless integration into your kitchen's HACCP plan. It features a 2" diameter dial with temperatures from 100 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, also shown in Celsius. This temperature range is divided into two ranges, each of which are marked with a different color. These ranges help enforce proper hot holding temperatures. While the gray zone spans from 100 - 140 degrees Fahrenheit, the red zone spans from 140 - 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The red zone, combined with additional HACCP guidelines below it, reminds kitchen staff how to safely reheat and hold product. The thermometer is accurate at + / - 2 degrees Fahrenheit.
