Able to handle a substantial temperature range of -58 to 662 degrees Fahrenheit (-50 to 350 degrees Celsius), this thermocouple will be the most versatile and useful thermometer in your kitchen. Not only can this thermocouple measure scalding temperatures of boiling liquids, but it can also read the temperature of products in your deep freezer. For ultimate durability, it is IP65 rated for water resistance.

The thermometer boasts incredible accuracy of +/- 1% of a temperature reading or 1.8 degrees Fahrenheit (1 degree Celsius), whichever is greater. If temperatures are lower or higher than the acceptable range, the screen will display an "HHH" or "LLL". This unit also has a hold feature to hold the reading, and an auto shut-off feature to preserve battery life after 5 minutes. Featuring a recalibration function and a button to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature readings, this thermocouple has customization abilities for all your specific kitchen needs.
