This sealer is easy and efficient to use. It is made of durable, heavy-duty steel and hi-impact plastic. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically, allowing it to be attached to a tabletop or wall for optimal stability. This unit uses Tach-It 34-180 bag sealing tape (sold separately).

I have had this bag sealer for over a year, and I've finally gotten fed up enough with it to write a review. I bought this to bag ice from my commercial ice maker and it SUCKS. I spend more time fighting with the tape than I do bagging ice. It doesn't just simply seal the bag and be ready for the next bag. I RARELY am able to bag more than 2 bags of ice without an issue like the tape not applying to a bag at all, or the tape not cutting. Then I get the pleasure of wasting several inches of tape getting it out of the machine an tearing it by hand. This might work for some people for some items, but if you plan on bagging ice, stay FAR FAR AWAY from this item.
