Very sturdy product. Has a full metal build and cover of plastic over the handle. Great for use with small dessert service or lasagna, fish, etc. on buffet stations. Slotted turner cleans up well in machine and has not shown wear and handle holds up well to the heat from service.

This is a fabulous mini spatula. It has a nice weight and a non-slip grip...It is perfect for removing cookies from the sheet or for turning small pancakes. I use this spatula all the time...I definitely recommend.
