This unit is specifically designed for use with continuous-flow frozen custard or Italian ice machines, and it includes (2) 4.25 gallon square scooping buckets to store product. These buckets are easily removable for simple cleaning and flavor changeouts. For additional versatility, this model also includes a refrigerated condiment rail to store chilled fruit, candies, and other toppings. Its well covers can be fully removed to easily access product or held open in place during fill times or cleaning.
This energy-efficient, air-cooled unit uses R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 10 to 12 degrees Fahrenheit. Its digital temperature control holds product at a consistent dipping temperature to preserve its quality and consistency. This unit comes complete with 4 heavy-duty swivel casters for easy portability. It is easy to install and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
