This dual-temperature unit is specifically designed for use with continuous-flow frozen custard machines, and it includes (4) 4.25 gallon square scooping buckets to store various flavors of frozen custard. These buckets are easily removable for simple cleaning and flavor changeouts. For additional versatility, this model also includes a refrigerated condiment rail to store chilled fruit, candies, and other toppings. Its well covers can be fully removed to easily access product or held open in place during fill times or cleaning.

This energy-efficient, air-cooled unit uses R-290 refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 10 to 12 degrees Fahrenheit. Its digital, dual-temperature control can hold 2 different products in the same cabinet while maintaining consistent dipping temperatures. Thanks to its reverse hinges, this model is great for self-service applications. This unit comes complete with heavy-duty swivel casters for easy portability. It is easy to install and requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
