I purchased this water heater to use on a hand sink in a food cart. I had this unit installed and it did not work at all. You could hear the relay/switch click on but the unit would not hear the water at all. I called stiebel and they went through a procedure with me on checking the unit and determined it was a bad unit. I had to buy a unit locally due to time constraints. I asked websteraunt for a refund/return and they did not want to let me return the unit and told me to talk with stiebel directly for a replacement. Stiebel told me to contact websteraunt for a return authorization and get my money back from them. I ended up sending the unit to stiebel and they are supposed to refund websteraunt and hopefully I will get a refund from someone. I have bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from websteraunt and was not expecting to get the run around on a little purchase like this. Hopefully if you purchase this unit you have better luck than I did.
