Use this Zurn Elkay LZWSRK light gray filtered bottle filling station kit to upgrade your pushbar-activated EZ style water cooler to accept water bottles, and provide your guests, customers, and staff with an easy and accessible way to quench their thirst. With a light gray construction this drinking fountain is sleek and durable and provides customers with easy access to fill their water bottles. The unit is easy to install and mounts directly to your existing pushbar-activated EZ style water cooler (sold separately), saving space.
This bottle filling station is perfect for locations such as schools, universities, and offices. It features a touchless sensor activation for sanitary re-filling of bottles, and the plastic components are covered in silver-ion antimicrobial protection. A green display indicates the number of 20 oz. plastic water bottles a user is saving from waste by using this environmentally friendly water dispenser, to encourage them to limit their use of plastic bottles. The steady flow minimizes splashing and the 20-second shut-off timer further conserves water. Plus, instead of having an after-taste, this water is filtered to ensure that all undesirable tastes and odors are eliminated.
They won't have to worry about water splashing up and out of the basin with this drinking fountain, as the extra deep basin is specifically design to minimize splashing and keep the water where it's supposed to be. In addition, the integrated drain reduces the accumulation of debris and will make for easier cleaning. This bottle filling station kit is barrier-free and meets adult ADA standards, ensuring that you are able to offer your guests water without a hassle.
NOTE: My review is strictly based on the ease of installation.
Before purchasing this product, I confirmed with the Manufacturer that it was compatible with our current Elkay water fountain. But unfortunately, the plumbing parts that were provided were not functional, resulting in issues with the drain. We ended up having to go to the hardware store to purchase plumbing flex hoses and other parts in order to get this retrofit to match up with our current Elkay water fountain and work correctly.
Once we finish installation, I will review the functionality of the water bottle filling station.
