With its grooved top and smooth bottom cast iron grill plates, you can create perfectly grilled sandwiches, chicken, wraps, or vegetables quickly and easily. The top grill plate offers the ability to create luscious grill marks, while the bottom plate is smooth for searing, warming, or grilling!
This unit features easy-to-reach, dial temperature controls. With a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, you can accurately choose the setting that is best for the foods you are preparing. Plus, the countdown timer ensures consistent cooking every single time!
This panini grill has a new and improved low-profile design that reduces reaching and stretching, ensuring a safe working environment for your employees. The torsion spring hinge keeps the top plate where you place it, eliminating smashed and misshapen food and allowing the top plate to become self-leveling so that you can be sure of even cooking for foods up to 3" thick.
Made of durable, easy-to-clean 18 gauge stainless steel, you can be sure that this product will last for a long time even in a commercial kitchen environment. You can easily keep your panini grill clean with the convenient grease drawer located on the front of the unit. With the help of a built-in splash guard on the bottom plate, the drawer collects run-off and extra grease used for cooking in one place for removal and disposal. This unit requires a 208/240V electrical connection.
