We bought two chocolate fountains for our business and one broke and stopped working a month into using it, we kept trying to fix it but it didn't work. The second one is broken now as well it smokes and doesn't spin. We wasted our money on these fountains, both broke in a short period of time we didn't use it long enough to cover the cost of both chocolate fountains that we bought.

So we purchased this back in 2022 and since then we have used it less than a half dozen times and it has already broken. Not heavy use mind you--minimal wear and tear. We had another event coming up and it would no longer heat up or spin. Overall Omcan items seem terrible quality, but they are cheap. We decided to throw it away versus repairing and bought a better brand elsewhere.

I bought this to use a display in my shop. I had it on from 8a.m.-5p.m. 5 days a week. it only lasted 3 weeks. The heating element still works, however the motor that turns the auger went out. Warranty seems like a pain to utilize. Guess I learned my lesson on this purchase.
