The undermounted design of the ranges allows you to create an elegant and modern display for self-serve buffet items. Plus, the trivet-less system means no extra pieces are needed to operate the induction ranges. The ranges are also equipped with exclusive SmartScan technology, which assures the temperature of your warmer is correct for precise heating and improved energy efficiency.

Featuring SmartStone® technology, the snow-colored top of this unit is sturdy, non-porous, and easy to clean, allowing you to keep your cooking area hygienic and safe. SmartStone® is heat-resistant and safe to use, with an attractive pattern that mimics white stone. The edges of the table are dark wood, giving this unit a classic look that is sure to complement any dining space. Complete with 5" locking casters with rubber tires, this table can be conveniently moved for versatile placement in your establishment.

Digital solid state controls allow you to adjust the heat easily between 145 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit with four-position, set-hold temperature control and low, low-medium, medium-high, and high settings. This unit is easy to operate, as it comes with a 120V power strip for use on day one. There's even plenty of storage, with 4 cabinets and 1 pullout drawer. The unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
