This table is specifically designed for front-of-house use, with stylish wooden edges that have a dark walnut finish and 3 induction warmers that are hidden under the durable and attractive SmartStone™ top. The undermounted design of the warmers allows you to create an elegant and modern display for self-serve buffet items or warming your prepared dishes during service. The trivet-less system means no extra pieces are needed to operate the induction ranges. Each induction warmer has an output of 650W for a combined heating power of 1950W. The warmers are also equipped with exclusive SmartScan technology, which assures the temperature of your warmers is correct for precise heating and improved energy efficiency. The solid state controls also ensure that your serving vessels are evenly heated without overheating the tabletop, and has over / under voltage protection.
With SmartStone™ technology, the tabletop on this unit is sturdy, non-porous, and easy to clean, allowing you to keep your cooking area hygienic and safe. SmartStone™ is heat-resistant and safe to use, with an attractive pattern that mimics white stone. The edges of the table are dark wood, giving this unit a classic look that is sure to complement any dining space. Complete with 304 type stainless steel legs and 5" locking casters with rubber tires, this table can be conveniently moved for versatile placement in your establishment.
This unit is easy to operate, with a separate control panel featuring a black, tempered glass faceplate and 60" cable that allows for easy mounting. With four-position set-hold temperature controls, you can easily adjust the heat between 145 and 185 degrees Fahrenheit. With a convenient power on / off touch pad, a lighted temperature indicator, and a pan-present indicator light this unit is simple and safe to use. This table also features a hidden power outlet strip with six 120V outlets, a protective metal enclosure, and a 15 ft. cable. The unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
