Enhance the efficiency of your kitchen with this Southbend S-series range! Combining a range with 2 Space Saver ovens, this versatile piece of cooking equipment allows you to fry and simmer food on top while using the ovens below for your baking and warming needs. This range features a 48 5/8" wide open top with 8 burners that each deliver 24,000 BTU of heating power. These burners are non-clogging and have one-piece, removable cast iron grates. Below the range sits the Space Saver ovens, which each boast a temperature range of 175 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit and delivers 35,000 BTU for maximum efficiency.

This unit features a durable stainless steel front and sides. It operates using metal control knobs with a red stripe, making it quick and easy to identify and adjust the heat level. Its 4" stainless steel front rail has closed, welded end caps to protect the user from steam, hot splatters, and flames when adjusting the temperature. Its 2 removable, one-piece crumb drawers underneath the burners provide easy cleaning. This model also includes a 22 1/2" high stainless steel flue riser with a removable shelf to help vent excess heat and gases while providing extra storage space.

The included ovens each have a snap-action thermostat to control and maintain the desired temperature and a factory-installed pressure regulator. The ovens are insulated on all 4 sides and the top with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool to reduce heat transfer. They also have baffle assemblies to ensure even, consistent cooking. They each feature a heavy-duty, U-shaped burner and a space-saving 19 1/2" x 26 1/2" cavity with all enameled parts. The cavity contains 2-position rack guides with 1 removable rack for a custom configuration.

This versatile range stands on (4) 6" adjustable stainless steel legs for safe, stable use on any floor. It has a flame failure safety device on the oven and a factory-installed pressure regulator for safe operation. Its quadrant spring doors have an ergonomic chrome handle and make it easy to open or close the door, even when the oven is hot. A hinged lower valve panel provides easy access to the gas valve. This unit requires a liquid propane gas connection for operation.
