This model comes with (2) 3.2 gallon bowls that are transparent to encourage impulse purchases at your restaurant, coffee shop, bar, amusement park, convenience store, or kiosk. Each bowl is illuminated with bright, cool LED lights to draw in customers and make your frozen drinks even more attractive. Plus, the lighted cover adds another merchandising touch to help increase impulse sales! Inside the bowls, the double mixing system prevents ice accumulation so you can ensure your products reach the optimum consistency for serving.

To control cooling, this unit has a manual keypad. Plus, it has an adjustable product consistency control to let you pick the consistency that is right for the product you want to sell. This unit is also certified as safe for milk products, so you can easily dispense milkshakes, smoothies, or creamy frozen coffee drinks! Keep in mind that the sugar content of your frozen beverage product must remain between 12% and 14%, as a lower concentration can damage the mixing parts and gear motors.

A lid safety mechanism is activated whenever the cover is lifted. When activated, the safety mechanism stops all the moving parts automatically and immediately so that there is no potential for injuries.
