Designed for use with water tanks up to 50 liters (sold separately), this unit utilizes a circulating stirrer to maintain consistent cooking temperatures throughout the entire container. It allows for highly accurate, low temperature cooking for a quality end result.
This model boasts a durable stainless-steel construction with IP X3 protection that is built to last. Featuring 5 cooking programs that allow you to save your favorite recipes, this circulator allows for heating of a wide variety of food. It includes precise temperature control between 86 and 212 degrees Fahrenheit and a bright LED display to keep track of temperature and working time. With this amount of control, you can be sure your food never overcooks and your preferred internal temperatures are reached.
With its compact, space-saving design and handle this unit is easy to store and move. Its adjustable clamp is also suitable for use with pots having a depth of at least 6 1/2". For safe use, this circulator uses thermal protection to prevent overload and overheating and has low liquid sensors to stop use if the water level is too low. Not only does this thermal circulator preserve food's integrity, but it offers energy savings compared to an oven or gas stove and can help to reduce the amount of heat or smoke exhausted into your kitchen. It requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.
