Serve crushed ice for your cocktails, sorbets, or cold display dishes with the Sirman 60090048 NORDKAPP countertop ice chrusher! The jug can process up to 68 oz. of ice at a time with 4 different sizes of ice, both fine and coarse, to allow for versatile use whether in frozen drinks or for fish preservation. This crusher utilizes a powerful, air-cooled 150W motor with a gear drive that operates at 600 RPM to produce efficient and consistent results.

This machine has a durable die-cast aluminum base with a stainless steel jug and blades for long-lasting use in your busy commercial establishment. The simple on / off rocker switch makes it easy to operate along with the 4-position ice thickness lever to determine size. For safe use, this crusher has an interlock on the lid that stops operation whenever the lid is lifted. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

Makes good ice but you better use it immediately otherwise it will melt and stick together in the freezer. It's fairly slow also so not very practical to use for cocktail service. I'm sure there's other applications it'd be useful in but I regret purchasing it. Especially at a proud price.

Very poorly designed machine! Very poor at crushing ice. For $, this machine should be WAY better. The steel jug should be double-walled to insulate the ice, but its not. The jug should also be removable for cleaning but it is not. It should be quiet for the price. The plastic catch bowl barely fits under to catch the ice, it should be fitted but its not.
