With a reliable, stainless steel cylinder capable of holding up to 25 lb. of meat, this stuffer is perfect for your commercial kitchen. Its vertical design will take up less counter space, helping you keep your kitchen clean, organized, and spacious enough for all of your equipment.

Made of durable stainless steel, this stuffer adds form and function to your establishment's kitchen. The hardened steel gears and piston rack slide on (4) heavy-duty plastic bushings that withstand pressure from even the hardest of sausages. This model also includes a no-spillage lock pin to load product into the cylinder without removing it. It uses a 2-speed gear to effectively drive the piston, allowing you to stuff sausage and keep the piston moving at the same time. For efficiency, the pistons have air exhaust valves to allow excess air to escape. A 3/8", 5/8", and 1" size funnel are included to let you control thickness, and storage in the back of the unit conveniently holds each funnel. At the end of the day, the machine can be completely dissembled for thorough cleaning.
