This electrical tape is ideal for color-coding and identifying electrical applications such as phases, circuits, feeders, and branches, but it can also be used to insulate electrical splices up to 600V. The vibrant color also lends itself for use as marking and warning tape, allowing you to indicate container contents, piping, and conduit systems. Designed with versatility in mind, this tape can be used indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and conforms well to a variety of surfaces. It is hand-tearable for easy use and application. This tape is UV-, oil-, acid-, corrosion-, water-, and alkaline-resistant, making it excellent for long-term use. Its PVC backing provides extra support for the tape. Plus, it is flame-retardant and lead-free for safety.

This UL-listed, CSA-approved professional-grade tape has a non-corrosive, rubber-based adhesive which provides the tape with great staying power. With a thickness of 7 mil and a tensile strength of 20 lb. per inch of width, this tape offers durability while still being easy to cut and apply. It has a 28 oz. per inch of width adhesion to stainless steel, elongation of 300%, dielectric breakdown of 7,000V, and a dielectric strength of 1,000 volts per mil. Suitable for use in a variety of environments, this tape has a service temperature range from 0 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit.
