Suggested Recipe: Blackcurrant and Lime Sake Sour
30 mL SHOTT blackcurrant and lime energy concentrate
60 mL sake
20 mL fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
1 dash orange bitters
Ice
Fresh mint

Combine energy concentrate, sake, lemon juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake until the egg is emulsified, then add ice and shake until the tin is frosted. Pour into a cocktail glass with ice, finish with a dash of orange bitters, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint, and serve!
