First-In, First-Out Configuration
To help ensure that product is properly rotated, the warmer is configured for first-in, first-out use. Simply load the chips through the top of the warmer and access them through the front door.
Angled Shelf
Inside the unit, an angled shelf directs chips down to prevent them from becoming stuck.
Crumb Tray
A lower, perforated shelf catches crumbs and broken pieces so that they're not served to customers.
Adjustable Thermostat
The warmer is built with an adjustable thermostat, which ranges from 90 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. To distribute the hot air throughout the cabinet, an interior fan blows convection heat, which does not change the texture or consistency of the chips.

worked good for about a year then motor went out and cant get parts for it. would think for that price it would last longer. ended up buying another one from someone else. about 400.00 cheaper and the same size. i called but had zero help... i hate that because i do buy from them. just wish they would back their product.

The only problem i had after 1 year was the fan motor broke but it was easy to change it everything else is works great is stainless steel easy to clean
