Server Products 86810 Details
From gravy to hot fudge, the Server SBW 86810 Signature Touch 3 qt. round warmer makes it easy to heat and serve a variety of sauces. It includes (3) 16 oz. squeeze bottles that sit in a water bath wrapped with a 500W heating element. The water bath is controlled with a front-mounted dial that adjusts the temperature between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Because heat emanates evenly and the thermostat auto-adjusts to maintain temperature, product won't become scorched as the supply diminishes.
This particular warmer is outfitted with an adapter plate to hold the bottles upright for easy retrieval. Keeping bottles of sauce and dressing close by helps streamline the finishing process prior to service. Use a bottle of raspberry sauce to add swirls to a cheesecake dish or squeeze a tangy lemon sauce over chicken. At the end of the day, the warmer is easy to wipe down thanks to its stainless steel design. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
