From gravy to hot fudge, the Server FS 82500 3 qt. round warmer makes it easy to heat and serve a variety of sauces. It accommodates (1) 3 qt. jar (sold separately) or (1) #10 can that sit in a water bath wrapped with a 500W heating element. The water bath is controlled with a front-mounted dial that adjusts the temperature between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, heat emanates evenly and the thermostat auto-adjusts to maintain temperature, so product won't become scorched as the supply diminishes.

This particular warmer is outfitted with a lift-off lid and 10", 1 oz. ladle. Use the ladle for doling out thick gravy onto biscuits or potatoes or for dousing an ice cream sundae with decadent fudge. Because it's made of stainless steel, the warmer is easy to clean after service. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
