From dipping sauce to specialty chocolate, the Server FS-2 82700 1.5 qt. small capacity warmer makes it easy to heat and serve a variety of sauces. It includes a 1.5 qt. bowl that sits in a water bath wrapped with a 250W heating element. The water bath is controlled with a front-mounted dial that adjusts the temperature between 75 and 210 degrees Fahrenheit. Even heating and a water fill line help ensure efficient product holding.

This particular warmer is outfitted with a lift-off lid and 1 oz. ladle. Use the ladle for doling out thick gravy or for dousing an ice cream sundae with decadent fudge. Because they're made of stainless steel, both the warmer and the bowl are easy to clean after service. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.
