This ConserveWell heated dipper well is a convenient, easy-to-use, and eco-friendly way to store utensils between uses.

Great for food service operations such as ice cream parlors, this unit heats the water to above 140 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping utensils out of the danger zone where bacteria thrive. Simply fill the pans with 3 cups of warm water from the tap, and submerge the utensils after use!

Convenient Use

This particular dipper well mounts to a wall or another sturdy vertical surface using key slot mounting brackets. The brackets make it easy to remove and reattach for cleaning. It features (2) 1/9 size, 4" deep food pans for placing used ice cream spades, non-gel-filled dishers, and other utensils with plastic handles. It features 400 watts of power, and a 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

In comparison to continual-flow wells, this one can save up to 250,000 gallons of water per year by not perpetually feeding water in and flushing it out.

Feature:: Without Timer

This was our alternative option rather than having a dipper well due to plumbing issues. We have an ice cream shop and it actually gets way too hot. We dip our scoopers quickly and cannot let them sit. We now let it get hot and have to turn it off to use it. Seems to be more for buffet food style service, not sure if recommend for ice cream shops.

Feature:: Without Timer

Hello everyone, we ran into the same problem as "Brandi D.", we are unable to use this item as it gets so hot that we cannot even keep our "Vollrath 47277 #20 Aluminum Gold Ice Cream Scoop / Dipper" in our hands more than a few seconds. We tried everything the manufacturer suggested, even removing the metallic plate inside and underneath the water pans. Nothing works, so it is an investment which ends up being a business loss for us. I definitely would not recommend this item.
