This pump is designed to dispense thick condiments such as ketchup, mustard, and mayo or thicker condiments such as tartar and craft sauces. It dispenses up to 1 oz. per pump and can be adjusted in 0.125 oz. increments with the included collars. It is designed for use with a shallow 2 qt. fountain jar (sold separately).
