Featuring a 5 liter tank, this dispenser can hold a multitude of drinks and toppings such as hot chocolate, warm milk, hot cider, hot tea, and syrups. Within 15 minutes of being turned on, the unit is heated and ready. The adjustable temperature dial keeps your product exactly to your preferences, or for added versatility, the heat can be turned off so that cold beverages can be dispensed as well. This unit comes with 2 rotating stir panels to keep all products consistently mixed for optimal customer experience.
The dispenser itself is designed with a chrome finish that seamlessly fits into any event or gathering space. After use, the parts can be removed for a hassle-free cleaning. The stainless steel lid comes off and the dispensing tap and bowl are removable, so they can each be thoroughly washed. Also included is a drip tray, which prevents a mess on your table or floor in case of accidental drips or splashes from overfilled cups. When full, the unit can serve (21) 8 oz. cups. This dispenser requires a 120V, 1110W electrical connection for operation.

This is awful. Why a manufacture would put in a motor that constantly makes noise like this is beyond me. They clearly haven't worked in food service. It's loud enough that it aggravates our customers and baristas. Constantly makes noise.

We bought this machine end of Aug 2024. The paddles stopped rotating in Mar 2025, we got a replacement from Webstraunt, but it didn't arrive until May 23, 2025. By August 8th the same issue, the paddles stopped rotating. We tried to file a claim on the replacement with the Extended Warranty we purchased with SAFEWARE and they denied our claim saying our claim was denied for the following reason: "Coverage With Manufact/Dealer". We are trying to work w/Webstraunt again to get yet another replacement... but they are the ones who told us to go through SAFEWARE. Our original one year warranty isn't up yet, so... I'll write follow up after we hear back from Webstrant. Here's hoping they will get rid of this awful product and give us a replacement that actually works for more than a few months!
