These are some of the best chocolate chips I’ve ever purchased. Much better than Nestle. As good as Ghirardelli in a different way. These have more of a cocao finish where Ghirardelli is smoother.

I bought these for home baking. They are pretty good chocolate chips and are a better price than some of the others offered by Webstaurant. However, I think the Cargill chocolate chips have both better flavor and texture.
