This machine produces 476 lb. of 7/8" x 7/8" x 7/8" medium-sized ice per day, and it features harvest assist for smooth, reliable ice production. Plus, its intelligent sensor technology maximizes efficiency and lowers operating costs. It is easy to use with a 16-segment display, and it has an AutoAlert panel that displays the machine status through a bright indicator light. This light will signal your staff when it is time to descale and sanitize, taking the guesswork out of maintenance. This model's WaterSense adaptive purge control adjusts the water usage to reduce scale buildup and extend the time between cleanings.
This unit comes with a Scotsman KPAS advanced sustainability kit, which includes the Scotsman KVS Vari-Smart ice level control kit and the KSBU-N Smart-Board network-capable control kit. The Vari-Smart ice level control allows you to set the amount of ice produced as the demand for ice fluctuates, while the Smart-Board control panel helps diagnose any problems with your ice machine. This ice machine connects with the ICELINQ mobile app via Bluetooth. ICELINQ allows you to easily adjust the settings of your ice machine, and it provides real-time diagnostics and guided cleanings to simplify the user experience.
Designed for energy efficiency, this ice machine consumes 4.75 kWh of energy per 100 lb. of ice produced. It can be put on Preservation Mode to maximize uptime and notify staff of any potential issues. This unit features one-touch cleaning, and it has Agion antimicrobial protection on its key components to inhibit the growth of harmful pathogens. Its removable filter is located on the front, ensuring easy removal and allowing the machine to take up less space.
This ice machine also comes with a durable Scotsman plastic ice storage bin that holds up to 536 lb. of ice. This bin has an easily removable baffle and requires no tools for cleaning. It also has a unique recessed drain fitting for maximum installation flexibility. A spring-loaded door with hidden hinges allows for easy opening and closing, and a built-in scoop holder prevents the scoop from being misplaced. It includes a unit-specific QR code that instantly connects users to warranty and service information. Its refrigeration system utilizes R-290 refrigerant, and it requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
