This unit produces up to 500 lb. of 3/4" x 5/16" x 3/8" nugget ice in a twenty-four hour period. One of the most popular forms around, nugget ice is light, airy, chewable, slow-melting, and even retains some of the drink's flavor. Popularized by Scotsman machines through partnerships with well-known fast-food franchises, nugget ice enhances the overall drinking experience, dispenses reliably, and works well for many different types of applications.

Its specially designed, contoured sides facilitate greater breathability in tight spaces and allow the use of an external air filter.
