With this Flexipan® Origine mold, mini tartlets bake into a deliciously soft pastry with a warm, toasty color, perfect for sweet and savory foods.

This mold is designed for high-volume bakeries, lasting for over 3,000 baking cycles. Withstanding temperatures from -40 to 464 degrees Fahrenheit, the pan even allows you to move pastries from the proofer to the oven to the freezer without dirtying multiple pans. It has a temperature peak of 500 degrees Fahrenheit that can be used for up to 5 minutes. It promotes even cooking and browning during the baking process. Plus, because of its non-stick coating, the mold releases product smoothly to keep it intact and is easy to wash with water.
