I purchased this scale and it arrived broken. It is not calibrated and there is no way to calibrate. I reached out to Webstaurant for assistance and while the originally sent me a email back asking for video proof, after i supplied it, they closed my case without resolution. I would find a different scale to purchase. It doesn't seem that the manufacturer stands behind their product.
