These towels are amazingly thick and luxurious. There was an issue of the correct number being shipped as thick and heavy as these are I can easily see the mistake. However the amazing customer service got the job done and the remainder to me no fuss, no miss.

This towel is incredibly soft and plush. I highly recommend this product.
"Premium", in this instance, is a marketing term where even the lower grade items get titles like "premium", with better quality items called things like "superior" or "luxury". I only give three stars because there is nothing actually "wrong" with them. Serviceable, but prone to strings right out of the package and thinner than a decent towel. If you are looking for basic and serviceable but not fluffy or particularly soft, these will do.
