A good basic mug for German style beers. I prefer another brand over this due to the shape of the other brands handle, but you can get a case of these Acopa mugs for about the price of one and a half of the other brands so was an easy decision for a mug we use for a few weeks a year.

We love these mugs!! we got them to use for our "bullet proof" coffee. They are perfect coffee cups! They are well made. They were packed safely to prevent breakage and shipped quickly. Very happy with the mugs and the service.

While we loved the mugs, 9 out of 36 mugs arrived broken...all within 2 of the 3 boxes. The boxes appeared fine on the outside, but the mugs were broken on the inside. IMO, this was a manufacturer's packing issue and not a Webstaurant store issue. I was able to get a refund with no problem, but I should have checked the boxes immediately upon delivery so I could have more shipped out in advance of the event they are needed for. Lesson learned.
