Speed up prep to save time and labor with this Sammic CK48V combination food processor with a 8.5 qt. bowl. Its powerful 3 hp motor provides 365-3000 rpm in batch bowl mode or up to 1000 rpm in continuous feed mode to quickly chop, dice, slice, and shred. While this model comes with a serrated S blade, other discs are sold separately so you can use this food processor with the compatible discs you already have or purchase the specific discs you need for your operation. Plus, since this food processor has user-friendly controls it is very simple and easy to use. The LED lit control panel is waterproof to reduce the chances of damage in your commercial kitchen environment.
The hopper, lid, and bowl are all easy to remove from the base for cleaning. Since this food processor can operate as a continuous feed unit or as a batch bowl unit, you'll get more versatility for your kitchen. The ergonomic design allows for product to be cut in one movement in continuous feed mode, also the lateral product ejection reduces the amount of counter space required while minimizing splashing. This model requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
