This food processor has variable speed controls so you can easily adjust to different types of foods or the desired level of output. Since discs are sold separately, you can use this food processor with the compatible discs you already have or purchase the specific discs you need for your operation.
This food processor is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel for easy cleaning. The ergonomic design allows for product to be cut in one movement and the lateral product ejection reduces the amount of counter space required while minimizing splashing. For larger products, this model has a larger head and feed chute. Plus, the production technology gives a uniform, high-quality cutting results. This model requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

The machine is very fast and can handle almost anything. A lot of food spills out after you plunge the weight down and the shoot sprays food in various directions so expect to clean up a mess. Id recommend only buying if you have a dedicated person to clean the machine and area, tough for small kitchens
