Quickly produce 3/8" x 3/8" french fries with this Sammic 1020070 knife block and pusher assembly. When used with the Sammic CF-5 french fry cutter, the pusher assembly forces the potato down onto the knife block, where the 3/8" x 3/8" grid cuts the vegetable into consistent, even slices. For versatility, this knife block and the pusher assembly set are interchangeable with other sizes to help maximize the cutter's productivity in the kitchen.
