The Salvajor model 100 is a 1 hp commercial garbage disposer that's suitable for use in a variety of situations, such as a salad prep area or pot sink in establishments that serve up to 300 persons per meal, or a dirty dish table in an establishment that serves up to 100 persons per meal. This 1 hp commercial disposer features a totally enclosed, water-cooled motor that's designed for maximum efficiency and long life. It's protected from thermal overload by a manual reset.
The Salvajor model 100 features an 8" diameter, hardened carbide alloy shredder, coupled with an 8" diameter carbide alloy rotor with two cutter bars for maximum performance. A rubber adaptor above the grind chamber and a rubber drain outlet isolates sound and eliminates excess vibration for quieter operation. This 1 hp Salvajor 100 commercial disposer is 16" high.
