Its innovative stainless steel torsion hinge spring ensures that it remains securely closed, protecting against vandalism and accidental damage. It also features a locking tab that can be secured with a breakaway seal (sold separately) for added safety and security.

The extremely durable, clear polycarbonate cover, frame, and piano hinge are made to withstand the rigors of high-traffic areas, lasting at least 3 years without breaking. This cover is made for indoor use, withstanding temperatures ranging from -40 to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with mounting hardware and a mounting plate for quick and easy installation. It mounts directly through the product's mounting plate to the electrical box.
