When you see the brand rubbermaid you have some expectations from the product. This brush doesn't disappoint. The yellow top is thick and durable, it won't break on you. The bristles that are used to scrub is some kind of plastic I think. It's gentle enough that it won't scratch our floors but strong enough to get rid of dirt/debris, etc.
