This unit boasts 310 watts of power with the ability to be a traditional stick blender or a powerful handheld whisk mixer, and its compact size makes it easy to use, transport, and store when space is at a premium. Its speed self-regulation system helps to achieve great results each time, while operating at speeds between 500 to 9,600 RPM depending on the attachment (whisk speeds from 500 - 1,800 RPM; mixer speeds from 2,300 - 9,600 RPM).

Its compact, ergonomic design features a removable stainless steel bell and blade for easy cleaning, while a 10" stick attachment and an 8" removable whisk attachment are included so that you can begin processing an array of items right away. The blade assembly is great for making delicious soups and sauces, while the whisk wires are shaped to produce great mixes, meringues, and wonderfully stiff egg whites!
