Designed for use in high-volume applications like food manufacturers or hospital and institutional kitchens, it delivers superior performance through its CL55 food processor base, which comes equipped with a 2 1/2 hp motor to power through even large vegetables with ease. Boasting an all-metal motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, shred, dice, and julienne, as well as create waffle, ripple, brunoise, and french fry cuts with one of the 52 additional processing discs (sold separately).

Efficient Design
This processor comes with two feed heads so that you can easily tackle a nearly limitless variety of tasks on a single machine. The automatic bulk feed head is perfect when you need to process a high volume of vegetables or fruits quickly. Simply feed product into the spacious hopper and watch as the processor continuously ejects the finished product into a waiting storage container. There is no need for a manual pusher or lever, saving you time on everything from sliced tomatoes and mushrooms to grated carrots, and even french fries. Should the feed area become blocked, it also comes with a built-in agitator to clear the way.
High-Volume Production
When you need to process larger, bulkier items, you can still achieve high productivity with the unit's 6 7/8" diameter metal pusher feed head. This attachment comes with a large hopper and a pusher that lets you provide the necessary pressure for fast, precision cuts on just about anything. It can handle an entire head of cabbage or multiple tomatoes, peppers, and onions in seconds! A 2 1/4" diameter metal feed tube located inside the main hopper also allows you to quickly process long items as well; use it to slice carrots in bulk for soups, or slice cucumbers for a salad.

You have the option to select two discs (1/8” slice and 1/8” grate) to come with your unit.
Convenient and Safe
A 16" high stainless steel stand with two casters is included, if you would like to make your unit mobile and do not have a convenient surface to set it on. Since all parts that come in contact with food during use are removable, this processor is also very easy to clean, and its stainless steel housing only makes the process easier. The motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
