Robot Coupe CL55B Details

Quickly prepare up to 700 meals a day with the Robot Coupe CL55 commercial bulk food processor! This sturdy machine features a stainless steel bulk feed head and stand that makes it easy to process large amounts of product, including full heads of lettuce or cabbage. Plus, attachments are easy to remove and clean!

A 3mm (1/8") slicing disc and 3mm (1/8") grating disc, each with a disc rack, are included so that you can begin processing right away. Boasting an all metal motor base for durability, this versatile unit can slice, grate, dice, julienne, and even create a ripple or French fry cut with one of the additional processing discs (sold separately).

The Robot Coupe CL55 bulk processor requires a 120V electrical connection for operation. The machine's 2 1/2 hp motor includes a magnetic safety system and motor brake for extra operator protection, and two casters are included to facilitate movement when needed.
