Create your most popular in-house purees from fresh fruit with the Robot Coupe C120 stainless steel continuous feed floor sieve! There is no need to remove seeds or peel skins because this sieve is designed to remove all skins, pits, and fibers through the waste ejection chute. It's perfect for soft or chopped fruits and vegetables other than citrus. Uniquely designed, this sieve is particularly great for making purees and mousses!
This sieve is designed for continuous feed so you can process up to 275 lb. of food per hour. It also comes with a 1 hp motor for outstanding power, simple push-button controls that make it easy to use, and a 1/32" perforated basket. The stainless steel legs and rubber feet help it stay in place on worktables or the floor, and the included stainless steel sieve automatically separates liquid from seeds and skin for a smooth, delicious puree every time. And thanks to its all stainless steel body, this continuous feed sieve quickly and easily wipes down after a busy day. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
