It simultaneously provides domestic hot water and central heating without disruption. Its priority / proportional DHW standard immediately delivers hot water without completely shutting off your heating to balance comfort and efficiency. This unit features 4 built-in zones to independently heat different areas, ensuring maximum comfort and energy savings. It is compact and light weight, and it comes with a convenient mounting bracket for wall-mount installation indoors. It has flexible venting options, and it is approved for room and closet installation.

This unit includes an integrated pump to circulate water through the boiler and your heating system. It delivers a minimum BTU of 15,000 with a maximum BTU of 199,000 when heating and delivering hot water. It allows you to set the central heating water temperature between 86 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, while the domestic hot water temperature can be set between 98 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit. It delivers a maximum flow rate of 9.8 GPM, ensuring plenty of water is supplied to showers or multiple taps at the same time. This boiler features Smart-Circ intelligent recirculation, which learns your hot water habits and automatically circulates warm water more quickly.

This boiler is easy to use with an on-board display that shows the temperature. It also has WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, allowing you to monitor and control it remotely using the Rinnai Central mobile app. It has an AFUE of 95% to reduce fuel consumption and energy costs. It features an outdoor reset control system with a sensor to automatically adjust the water temperature based on the outdoor temperature.
