No need to worry about mixing ingredients, kneading, proofing, or stretching the dough; this easy-to-use pizza crust can go straight from the freezer to the oven. This 29 oz. crust is made with high-protein flour to deliver the chewy pizza crust "bite" and airy artisan texture that your patrons know and love. Top with San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, and extra-virgin olive oil to create an authentic Margherita pizza, or combine your favorite toppings to create unique offerings that your customers are sure to love.

This convenient product makes it easy to whip up delicious pizzas in no time! To prepare, remove your desired number of pizza crusts from the case, then reseal the case and keep frozen to maintain freshness. Place the crusts on a baking pan and top as desired. Bake until the crust is golden-brown and the cheese is beginning to brown: in a convection oven, bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 to 11 minutes, or in a conveyor oven, at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to set for 1 minute before serving the fresh, piping hot pizza!
