I love the butcher block shelf! It turns the wire shelving into a countertop. It’s thick and sturdy. After filming I discovered that one side is smoother, or more finished, than the other. I flipped it and rubbed it down with mineral oil. I couldn’t be happier!

I was immediately impressed with how well this cutting board insert was packaged! Not only was there a layer of bubble wrap but an additional cardboard sleeve. The thickness of this cutting board also makes all the difference and the finish was subtle but protective. I appreciate the quality put into this product. Competitors cutting board inserts that I have used in the past don't compare. My only issue was the insert didn't fit as flush as expect with the regency posts as I thought it would.
