The soiled dishtable features a spacious 20" x 20" x 5" pre-rinse bowl that accommodates the included scrap basket. Like the clean dishtable, a 10 3/4" high backsplash helps protect your walls. Holes punched on 8" centers, meanwhile, allow for easy installation of the included pre-rinse faucet.
The pre-rinse faucet includes a 44" long hose for tremendous reach and a wall bracket for added stability, while a handy hook keeps the spray head out of the way when not in use. Its 1.42 GPM flow rate effectively rinses excess food and sauces off of dishes.
The scrap basket fits comfortably into your soiled dishtable's pre-rinse bowl, effectively preventing scraps and food debris from clogging sink drains. It features 2 slider rails that allow you to effortlessly slide dish racks over the top while staying securely in place thanks to the integrated lip.
Made of 1 5/8" diameter tubing, this sturdy 42" rack shelf securely supports 2 glass racks. For added versatility, the shelf can hold racks flat or at an angle to accommodate virtually any dish room setup. And packed with your convenience in mind, it even includes installation hardware!

Regency offers stainless steel in a variety of gauges and types that correspond to different levels of strength and durability. By understanding the gauge and type, you can easily determine what equipment is best for your application.
Regency stainless steel is available in three gauges: 14, 16, and 18. Gauge refers to the thickness of the metal, with the thickest being the lowest number and therefore the strongest. That makes 14 gauge stainless steel thicker than 16 or 18 gauge stainless steel. This also means that 14 gauge is heavy-duty, 16 gauge is standard-duty, and 18 gauge is light-duty.
Types of stainless steel include 304 and 430. Type refers to the chemical make-up of the material. Heavy- and standard-duty products are available in type 304 stainless steel, as it contains both chromium and nickel for corrosion-resistance. Select light-duty products also come in type 304, while the rest are made with type 430 stainless steel. This type contains chromium and no nickel, offering less corrosion-resistance than type 304. 430 stainless steel is also magnetic, which can be a nice added benefit while you're working.

looks good and appears it will do the job. The only problem is it came with no instruction on how to install. When and if I figure it out I will update my review

This dishtable works great with the dish machine we bought. It has a lot of space to pre rinse and a lot of space after they come out of the machine.
This is the perfect package for installing a new dish room! It comes with the necessary tables and features needed to wash a lot of dishes quickly!!!
