This pizza dough box rack's durable construction is sure to withstand the hustle and bustle of your busy establishment. Its casters allow for optimal mobility, making it a must-have for transporting product throughout your commercial kitchen. Plus, to provide you with the best possible savings on shipping costs, this unit ships unassembled.
This item can withstand low temperature applications and is safe for freezer storage.
Accommodating up to 13 full size dough boxes (sold separately), the rack features an aluminum frame both durable and resistant to rust. Each of the pan slides are spaced 4" apart, allowing ample room for inserting and removing loaded or unloaded boxes.
Moving the boxes is ultra-fast and easy too, thanks to the rack's mobile design. Its four casters are bolted to the frame for secure attachment, allowing you to roll the unit around the prep area for efficient transport.
Assembling your sheet pan rack is simple! Follow these easy steps to get your sheet pan assembled and ready for use.
To assemble your sheet pan rack, start by inserting the 2 longer cross braces into the top of the frame. Then, take 2 U-brackets and place them over the 2 holes on the outside of the frame, and tighten the smaller bolts in each of these holes. Now, do the same for the other side of the rack.
It's important not to overtighten the bolts as this may damage the rack. If you're assembling a full height rack, repeat these steps for the middle cross braces.
Next, insert each caster into the bottom of the frame. Install the 2 locking casters on the same end of the rack. Ensure that the holes in the caster post align with the holes in the collars. Then, place the shorter 2 cross braces over these holes. The larger bolts go through the holes, securing the casters and the post to the bottom of the rack.
Place a sheet pan in the top and bottom of the rack to check that it's square. Finally, tighten each bolt with a wrench, and your sheet pan rack is ready to use.
